Cancellation & Refund Policy –

 

Theviralfox.com offers intangible goods and services. Therefore, we do not refund payments back to your payment gateway account. Refunds can only be credited to your theviralfox.com account, which you can then use for future orders. Any kind of refund request will be denied.

Theviralfox.com provides non-tangible, irrevocable goods, so no refunds are issued once an order is completed and the service is delivered. By purchasing on our site, you acknowledge and accept this policy. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may occur, depending on the nature of the service provided.

No refunds will be made to PayPal or any other external payment method. Once a deposit has been made, it cannot be reversed. You must use your balance for future orders on theviralfox.com.

By completing a payment, you agree not to file a dispute or chargeback for any reason. If you do, we reserve the right to terminate all current and future orders, ban your account, and remove any delivered services (likes, followers, etc.) from your or your client’s Instagram/Facebook/Twitter or other social accounts.

Orders placed on theviralfox.com cannot be canceled or refunded after they are placed. If an order is non-deliverable, the refund will be credited to your theviralfox.com account balance. Orders made to wrong or private accounts are not eligible for a refund. Please ensure your order details are accurate before submission.

Fraudulent activities, including the use of stolen or unauthorized credit cards, will result in permanent account termination.

We do not support using multiple servers for the same page at once. This causes issues with accurate delivery and counts. We will not refund in such cases. Please follow this guideline carefully.

Most of our services start instantly, except for some which may take 24–48 hours. If your order has not started within the expected time, contact our support team, available 18 hours a day, to resolve any issues.
